Welcome! I'm Blakeley Pritchard, an intern at Capstrat PR agency. There’s not a lot going on here right now.—and I'm filming from inside this weird Apple store. (cut to long shot)
Just kidding. It's not an Apple store. It's, um. Well, I don't really know what it is, but Capstrat calls it the "treehouse"—Ya know, one of those quirky brainstorming spaces agencies buy that’s supposed to nurture our creativity.

You could come here alone to think or sketch or gather with your creative comrades to churn out some ideas. The thing is, I've been here for about a month, and I've yet to see anyone set foot in here! Isn’t this suppose to be a beacon of innovation? A creative haven untampered by the harsh conditions of this office—an open floor plan where oppressive sunshine emanates from large windows and skylights up above. ;)
Ya know, maybe they've tried. Maybe the treehouse is faulty? Are the plastic walls not secure? (presses on walls)
Or maybe it’s got some bad juju. I haven't felt anything weird yet, but maybe it's on the opposite side of the room.
I’m just gonna take some time on my own to feel things out around here. Surely, I can figure out why people are hanging out in here!
(starts stretching)
Let's get those ideas flowing! What do you say we take some time to "Explore the space!"
Capstrat employee (standing beside Brian): "Brian, isn't that your intern?"
Brian: (sips on coffee)..."nope."
